"Ordered an americano. Not offered any milk or sugar. Otherwise it was not busy and it was quick."

"Despite the spacious room, the self service device were not functioning properly, you have to speak with the staff, find it difficult to understand ourselves."

"The food was pretty standard but the staff were disengaged. Service was slow and fish fingers were left out of a Happy Meal. It was annoying that they put on the screen that our food was ready to collect just after we ordered, but then took another six or seven minutes until they brought it to the counter."
